OUR HOMES & SERVICES

Our Homes & Services

Our services are built around safety, relationships, stability and individualised support. We aim to create environments where children, young people and families feel respected, understood and able to make meaningful progress.

Elizabeth Lodge

Elizabeth Lodge is registered to provide care for 3 children aged between 7-17 of mixed genders. We aim to provide a structured, homely, and nurturing environment for children who benefit from clear boundaries and consistency from trusted adults.

Our home’s ethos is based on developmental trauma and the understanding of how this affects a child’s experiences and internal working models/beliefs.

Christie House

Within our home, we have committed and dedicated adults who will support the children to develop and achieve, with the use of personalised plans and gentle guidance whilst adopting a PACE and Trauma-informed approach into our everyday lives. All staff will engage in ongoing training to develop their self-awareness and their understanding of the long-term effects of trauma in children.

Ruth House

Ruth House recognises that when each child moves into the home, they will have a Local Authority Care Plan or Pathway Plan, depending on their age. The home will follow this guidance alongside the child’s behaviour management plan, and placement plan which will be updated regularly and reviewed by the team and updates will be shared accordingly.

Florence House

At Florence House, we recognise that our children’s opportunities in life may have been reduced by their experiences, so we always ensure we work with everyone to show them they are valued, listened to, and heard and have choices and options in life.
